I am diagnosed with pcos but my cycles are regular but I was not able to conceive despite trying for 2 years.
After every ovulation my basal body temperature increased and progesterone also increased ( my gynecologist confirmed great ovulation every month).
I also tried 6 letrozole cycles with Ovidrel trigger and IUI still no pregnancy but I ovulated with more than one follicle every time.
Are there any chances ovulation happens without egg release? If yes can progesterone increase? I’m worried every month the follicles are growing without eggs inside.
