I got 29 eggs during my egg retrieval but was told that only 5 were mature. I am trying to understand why my maturity rate was so low. I triggered when 10+ follicles were at 20mm, and many at 18mm. 15 GV, 9 M1, 5, M2. My E2 was above 8000 at trigger.

1.3, 2.1cm Trigger was 10000 IU Gonasi HP (hCG) and on day 11. Only 1 mature egg was retrieved, and fertilised using ICSI. My day 3 update is a slow growing embryo of 3 cells with some fragmentation. I don’t know whether I should be proceeding with the second stimulation…. Can you please help me
