Hi, I have had 3 natural miscarriages, but 3 failed implantations with PGT embryos. I got a hysteroscopy, and they found dyssynchronous proliferative endometrium and polypoid dyssynchronous proliferative endometrium consistent with endometrial polyp. Can this have any impact in my losses and how would it be treated? Thanks
