Medication plan help:
I am currently going through IVF. I have one PGT-tested embryo.

My last two pregnancies, as soon as I fell pregnant, I experienced severe bleeding.

First pregnancy – natural conception – bleeding started on day 33 and I miscarried at 8 weeks. I was on no medication.

Second pregnancy – IVF – bleeding started on day 28. I had weekly heavy bleeds with clots the size of golf balls and two haemorrhages. I lost the baby at 17 weeks. I was on cyclogest pessaries 400mg taken 3 times a day.

My frozen egg transfer cycle starts next week and this is what my doctor has prescribed:
– oestradiol from day 2 of the cycle

Once I’m closer to the transfer date he has prescribed:
– prednol 16mg
– coraspin 100mg
– progeston dex 25mg ampoule
– progesterone pessaries (3x200mg)

After transfer we will add:
– hibor 5000 IU
– proluton depot ampoule

Do you think there is anything else I could take or do to prevent the excessive bleeding? For example intralipids or dexmethasone? Or would you make any changes/suggestions to what he has currently prescribed?
