I’m 38 years old and having difficulty conceiving. I developed Ashermans (moderate) in 2020. I got lysis of adhesions and conceived my daughter shortly after at 36 years old. I ovulate and haven’t regular cycles. My doctor is giving me tamoxifen day 5-9 to increase my lining and help me conceive. I’m doing timed intercourse cycles. It’s not working and I think possibly my eggs are not good quality. My afc is 15-20. Is tamoxifen a good drug to use on older eggs. Is there a different protocol for increasing lining and making more eggs? (tamoxifen gets me one egg and lining of 6-7 , letrozole 2 eggs per cycle lining 5-6)
Thanks so much!

Question
Answer
Respectfully,
. After Ashernan’s, endometrial thickness poses a real problem in many cases. In my opinion, Tamoxifen will make matters worse as far as the uterine lining is concerned. Look this up in my book,
