With sperm antibodies, IUI is really not a tangible option. You need IVF/ICSI. Antisperm antibodies (ASA) are immunoglobulins that attach to sperm. Perhaps you do have underlying endometriosis but taking the BCP for some time before conceiving probably had nothing to do with your original success. Perhaps we should talk about your secondary infertility. It is one thing for a woman who has never been able to conceive (primary infertility)…
