Hi Dr Sher
Uterine testing (via menstrual blood collection) has continuously shown very high presence of Gardnerella Vaginalis. Despite antibiotic treatment, it continues to reappear as Lactobacillus levels have only been ‘not detectable’ or ‘very low’. Use of oral lactobacillus as well as vaginal pessaries has had very little impact on results (tested 3 times over 18 months).
I don’t know how I’ll ever make it to a stage of being able to transfer. Have done 2 failed fresh transfers previously prior to testing. Do you have any advice on how I can improve the uterine microbiome? Partner reinfection has been ruled out.
Thank you
