Implantation dysfunction

I saw your interview on THE EGG WISPERER podcast and really appreciated your information and inspiration. We have been trying to conceive for about 6 years now (age 37) with no children, have low AMH (last tested about 18 months ago 0.84), had one Fallopian Tube removed due to scar tissue in abdominal cavity that closed the tube, and one long-standing ovarian cyst removed due to beginning to solidify. I have not been diagnosed with PCOS or Endometriosis, saline ovarian scan normal, good thickness and trilaminar uterine lining, don’t have any autoimmune diseases to my knowledge (and none known in my family), normal BMI, no diabetes and generally healthy. I had one euploid embryo from an egg donor that implanted and grew to have a heartbeat and stopped developing at 6 weeks and lost the heartbeat at 8 weeks. This was our only euploid embryo, but we have one embryo that was unable to be tested due to low DNA collected. We have decide to implant our unknown embryo (last one) and wondering if I should be tested for immunity issues after one miscarriage, and what tests I should request specifically with my current doctor for T-cell balance evaluation (or some other test).
