What approach is best for optimising egg maturity? Would HGH be useful for this? I already use a double ovidrel trigger, but only get 1-3 mature eggs, despite retrieving about 8 eggs. I also stimulate rather quickly, with my follicles reaching mature size (16 +) after just 7-8 days. Can fast stimulation affect egg maturity? I’m usually on 450 gonal f and 75 luveris. I’m 35 with an AMH of 1 ng and only freezing eggs.
