I am 32, have PCO. I have experienced EFS in all egg collections, medicated and unmedicated. Recently, I found out I have ZP1 homozygous mutation (autosomal recessive) which means maturation oocyte defect. Is there a way to find eggs or shall I proceed to a donor?
