Failed DE Treatment

Hi Dr. Sher,
In 2019 I moved to DE at the age of 43 in Greece. I became pregnant on my first transfer and delivered my son in 2020. Since then I have been trying for a sibling with no success. I’ve had 3 failed DE transfers in a row with the same clinic. My first cycle used down regulation at CD 21 with a medicated FET. My second cycle we did the same but I had ovulated through it and the clinic did not cancel the FET. My last two cycles have been FET only using vaginal suppositories. I’m at a loss here…giving up hope that I can have another baby. I’ve had multiple hystos and biopsies performed-my lining is optimal. What do you think I can do to improve my chances?

progesterone in the days prior to FET

atiI took an extra progestrone shot (1 ml) in the morning 4 days prior to my scheduled FET. I’m supposed to take in the evening (yesterday was my first day on progesterone injections and the clinic had me take one in morning and one in evening) Should I take half a ml this evening and then continue taking each evening? Should I skip the evening one and just take in mornings? Should I take normal dose in evening and then continue each evening? Is this a definite cause for cancelling cycle?

Egg freezing at 48

I have been prepping for an IVF cycle for the past few months after undergoing an ovarian rejuvenation procedure. After my blood work last week. My doctor said I had ovulated and ready to start birth control pills. My concern is that my current doctor is too far away. Then I stumbled into your clinic online tonight. Wondering if you accept older patients above 45?
I have had five live births and regular periods and ovulating without any stimulation.
Answer:
Our cut-off for IVF using own eggs is 47Y.
