The question
Is there any chance that having a Mirena IUD while going through egg freezing, specifically at an older age, can have a negative impact on the maturity process of the eggs? My uterine lining is very thin at around 0.3mm.
Also are there any specific recommendations regarding supplements, food, lifestyle or similar that will impact the eggs in either a good or bad way. In that case how long before the egg freezing cycle should these recommendations be followed?

In my opinion having an IUD in place during an ER cycle will not affect egg quality. Your thin lining is more than likely a direct consequence of the IUD but should not be a problem after removal......prior to, and during an FET cycle,
