Can you kindly tell me what is the appropriate level of estradiol in a modified natural cycle?
I am in the middle of a MN cycle. They had me take letrozole for 5 days and roughly 10 days later I had a lining that is 9.8 mm and trilaminar and follicle big enough to trigger with Ovidrel. I am worried about my estradiol dropping from 252 to 150 to now 88 at trigger day despite having a good lining.
They are having me on support with estrace 1 mg BID but I feel like the dosage should be upped
They are telling me that estradiol does not run the show but rather progesterone and I have a good lining
they are having me switch from oral estrace to vaginal estrace for a better uterine absorption
do you have any suggestions? do you feel that they should of increased my estrace?
I will recheck labs on Friday which will be a few days after trigger so we can ensure that progesterone is rising and we can recheck estradiol again
I am concerned with the estradiol
