I introduced ovarian sclerotherapy using 5% tetracycline hydrochloride (THCL). Unfortunately we cannot access THCL any longer. Therefore, surgery is advised in your case. You are correct, the Receptiva test is often inconclusive, but would do no harm. And, unless ultrasound shows endometriotic cysts I would not do a laparoscopy or take Lupron.
