These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Egg Freezing Cycle Giveaway (“Giveaway”) provided by Fertility411 in collaboration with Sher Fertility (“Provider”).
By participating in the Giveaway or redeeming the prize, you agree to the following Terms:

Eligibility
Participation Requirements:
To qualify for the Giveaway, entrants must:

-> Follow Sher Fertility on Instagram at Sher Fertility
-> Schedule a consultation with Sher Fertility before the prize is awarded.
-> Participants must meet all eligibility requirements as specified in the Giveaway rules.
The winner must complete an initial consultation with Sher Fertility to confirm medical eligibility for the egg freezing cycle. -
Prize Description
The Giveaway prize includes:
One (1) egg freezing cycle provided by Sher Fertility. Products from Phyto-C.
One (1) free lymphatic massage courtesy of Revive Health Studio.
Exclusions:
-> Fertility medications or any associated costs.
-> Anesthesia services required during the egg retrieval procedure.
-> Travel, lodging, or any transportation costs.
-> Additional medical procedures or testing not explicitly included in the egg freezing cycle.
-> Storage of frozen eggs beyond the duration covered by the cycle. -
Usage of Prize
The egg freezing cycle must be initiated and completed within three (3) months from the date the winner is notified.
Failure to utilize the prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture.
No extensions will be granted. -
Medical Considerations
Medical eligibility is determined solely by Sher Fertility.
If deemed medically ineligible for the egg freezing cycle, the prize will be forfeited. -
Non-Transferable
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other substitution.

Liability
Fertility411 is not responsible for any medical complications, adverse effects, or unsuccessful outcomes arising from the egg freezing cycle.
Sher Fertility assumes all responsibility for providing the egg freezing cycle.
Participants assume all risks associated with the procedure and are encouraged to consult their physician.

Additional Costs
The winner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to:
Medications required for the egg freezing cycle.
Anesthesia services required during the egg retrieval procedure.
Travel to and from Sher Fertility.
Egg storage beyond the cycle duration.
Any services not explicitly included in the prize.

Publicity and Privacy
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Fertility411, Sher Fertility, Phyto-C, and Revive Health Studio to use their name, likeness, and general details of their participation in promotional materials, unless prohibited by law.

Modifications and Termination
Fertility411 & Sher Fertility reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Fertility411 and Sher Fertility operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
