I’m 41. I did one IVF retrieval cycle, which produced two PGT-A–tested euploid 5AA blastocysts, one female and one male. I previously had a left laparoscopic salpingectomy, and my hysteroscopy was normal. My first medicated frozen embryo transfer was on July 22, 2026. The (XX) embryo survived thawing completely, re-expanded, and was hatching at transfer. I used estradiol, daily progesterone in oil, low-dose aspirin, NP Thyroid, and prenatal vitamins. My first beta-hCG was 9.5 mIU/mL at 9 days post-transfer, but it decreased to 1.5 mIU/mL four days later, confirming a biochemical pregnancy. My second (XY) medicated transfer was performed on September 16, 2026, after Lupron suppression and apparently adequate endometrial preparation. The protocol included estradiol, progesterone in oil, heparin twice daily, low-dose aspirin, NP Thyroid, prenatal vitamins, and azithromycin. Despite transferring the remaining euploid 5AA embryo, the beta-hCG test was negative, indicating implantation failure. In summary, I have experienced one biochemical pregnancy and one failed implantation following the transfer of two euploid 5AA embryos both Lining 12, with no embryos remaining.
