Hi Dr. Sher,
You did my egg retrieval 3 years ago, and we welcomed our beautiful daughter 2 years ago. We just did another transfer of 1 pgt embryo for a baby boy, and it failed. We only have 1 complex mosaic embryo boy remaining, and a genetics counselor gave it a 40% success rate. We have 2pgt girls, but we’re really trying for a boy. Would you recommend transferring a mosaic boy with a pgt girl? Or the mosaic boy by himself? Would my protocol changed since it failed? We had MFI before and I am 29. You wrote my successful protocol, but I feel like my second protocol different slightly from the first.
