Buenas.. Un gusto saludarlo doctor. Disculpe que me haya tomado el atrevimiento en escribirle . Quería consultarle un tema, me realizaron una ecografia transvaginal donde me detectaron una posible hidrosalping en la trompa derecha . Luego me mandaron realizar cultivos donde se evidencia una infección y me recetaron antibiótico el cual hoy sería mi último día que los tomo. Quería consultarte si existe alguna medicina alternativa para poder evitar la cirugía y por ende sanarme para poder quedarme embarazada . Podrías ayudarme ..?
