CoQ10

I am 43 years old with AMH of 3. My egg retrieval was yesterday. My HCG trigger did not absorb after 7 days of Stims and no priming starting on day 5 of my period. I was given 150 meno and 300 Gonal for three nights then lowered Gonal to 150 on day 4 when they saw my lead follicles were 21 and 24mm and added 1x ganerelix for 2 days in the morning of day 5. Changed ganerelix to 2x a day on 7th day. Morning of 8th day had one last ganerelix and then dual trigger at night. The HCG trigger was very low at 2500 and the lupron trigger was 80 units. The HCG did not absorb so had to inject again the next day.
Was this protocol too strong in the beginning creating too much testosterone for the follicles?
I have had PCOS with higher testosterone most my life but it is normal now.
Do you know if COQ10 or any supplements could stop the absorption of the HCG trigger? Luckily I had a dual trigger, but some of my smaller follicles did not mature as a result.
