The question
I would like to share the summary of my husband's recent sperm analysis (Spermiogram) as we have been trying to conceive for one year without success. Here are the key findings:
Volume & Concentration: Normal (Volume: 2.1 ml, Concentration: 50 million/ml, Total Count: 105 million).
Motility: Progressive motility (A+B) is 38%, which is within the normal reference range.
Vitality: 75% live spermatozoa (Normal).
Bacteriology (Spermoculture): Negative (No infection or bacteria detected).
Morphology (Teratospermia): 3% normal forms, and 97% abnormal forms (Teratospermia).
Given that we have been married and trying to conceive for 1 year, could you please advise on what steps or treatments are recommended to address the high rate of morphological abnormalities (97%)?
Thank you for your time and guidance.
Best regards,

I do not believe this is likely to be an intractable sperm issue.
