Dear Dr Tortoriello,

I am writing to you after undergoing several urological consultations. The clinic has found bilateral testicular hypotrophy, as well as a grade 2 varicocele on the left side. I have also had a karyotype test, which showed a normal male karyotype (46, XY). Additionally, I have undergone testosterone testing and two semen analyses. Both the 2016 and 2024 semen analyses show that my sperm count is 0.

I am very concerned and would like to know what I can do in this situation. I am immensely grateful for your assistance.

Here are the results of my testosterone test:

FSH: 21.70 mIU/ml
LH: 24.33 mIU/ml
Total Testosterone: 4.03 ng/ml
Prolactin: 16.13 ng/ml

I look forward to your guidance regarding the most appropriate course of action or therapeutic options.

Kind regards,
Keyvan Rahnamoon
